The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vehicle due to any act of third party, negligence on the part of the owner of the vehicle, improper maintenance of the vehicle, inherent defect in the vehicle, loss or misplacement of the tag by the guest, or any force majeure beyond the control of the Hotel, including Acts of God, damage due to natural causes such as unforeseen weather conditions, etc.
• The hotel will disinfect the car while taking it for parking and while returning it using prescribed chemicals. The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during this process.
• I fully understand the infectious nature of COVID 19 and confirm that I shall undertake all measures to ensure my safety and that of persons who get exposed to me. Nevertheless, in case I do end up contracting COVID 19 for any reason whatsoever, either during my stay/visit or thereafter, I undertake not to raise any claims, demands or notices on IHCL and/or its subsidiaries/affiliates and/or the Hotel, or their employees, or initiate any proceedings against them or hold them responsible in any manner, and hereby for self and on behalf of my heirs, executors, assigns and representatives, grant a complete waiver, and release them from any liabilities. I/ my family further undertakes that in such an event, I/my family shall promptly inform the Hotel to enable contact tracing in order to mitigate the risk of spread of the infection
